Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times We partner with trusted suppliers through Shopify Collective to bring you a curated selection of quality products. Estimated delivery times vary by product and supplier:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)
  • Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

International Shipping Rates Northern EU $20.00, Southern EU $15.00, Western EU $15.00, Central/ Eastern EU $18.00

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Multiple Shipments Because we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.

Delays Timeless Finds is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. We will do our best to keep you informed of any issues.
