At Timeless Finds, we work with trusted supplier partners to bring you curated essentials for Women, Men, Kids, Pets & Home.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our partner warehouse.
2. Shipping Times & Rates
United States:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days after processing
- Estimated delivery total: 6-11 business days from order date
- Flat Rate: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
- Free Shipping on orders over $75 (where available)
Because our products are fulfilled by different partner warehouses to get you the best price and quality, you may receive your order in multiple packages at different times. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email from support@timelessfinds.net with your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time by contacting us with your order number.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@timelessfinds.net within 7 days with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
