1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier availability.
Items may ship from different fulfillment locations and may arrive in separate packages. If your order ships in multiple packages, separate tracking information will be provided. Processing and delivery times may vary slightly depending on the fulfillment location and carrier.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you will receive an email from support@timelessfinds.net with your tracking number. You can also track your order at any time by contacting us with your order number.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days.
4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@timelessfinds.net within 7 days with photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
